1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing badlaavgroup.in / badlaav.in or engaging BadLaav Group Private Limited for any consultancy service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
BadLaav is a private consultancy firm offering advisory, documentation and execution support for central and state government credit-linked schemes (PMEGP, PMFME, MUDRA, Stand-Up India, Startup India Seed Fund, Nidhi Prayas, Udyogini and state schemes). BadLaav is NOT a government department, bank or NBFC.
3. No Guarantee of Sanction
Final approval, sanction amount, interest rate and disbursement of any government scheme or loan rest solely with the empanelled bank, financial institution or government authority. BadLaav makes NO guarantee, express or implied, regarding sanction of loan, subsidy or grant. Our consultant fees are charged for professional services rendered and are not refundable on the basis of rejection by the bank/authority (see Refund Policy).
4. Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. Any misrepresentation, forged document or suppression of material facts will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to the concerned authorities.
5. Consultant Fees & Payments
All applicable consultant fees, plus 18% GST, must be paid in advance via the Razorpay payment links provided on our website. A GST invoice will be issued post-payment. Cash, cheque or other off-platform payments are NOT entertained.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, scheme summaries and templates — is the intellectual property of BadLaav Group Private Limited. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BadLaav's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or connected to the services shall not exceed the consultant fees actually paid by you for the specific engagement. BadLaav shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information shared during the engagement strictly confidential.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by written notice. Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable. See Refund Policy for partial-refund scenarios.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Unnao, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Changes to Terms
BadLaav reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after such modification constitutes acceptance.
