Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

BadLaav Group Private Limited charges professional consultant fees for advisory, documentation, DPR preparation, application drafting, bank liaison and post-funding mentorship services. This policy explains when and how a refund can be requested.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Consultant fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once any of the following has occurred: • Eligibility assessment & scheme mapping has been delivered. • DPR / Project Report drafting has been initiated. • Application has been submitted to the bank or government portal. • Documents have been collected, verified and processed by our team. • Sanction is rejected by the bank / authority due to (a) misrepresentation by the client, (b) incomplete or false documents, (c) negative CIBIL, or (d) any reason attributable to the client or to bank-side credit policy. Reason: government schemes are free to apply for; BadLaav's fee compensates the professional services rendered, not the loan outcome.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be considered in the following cases: • If the client cancels in writing within 24 hours of payment AND before any work has commenced — 100% refund minus Razorpay payment-gateway charges (~2.5%). • If BadLaav is unable to assign a consultant or initiate work within 14 working days of payment — full refund. • If a duplicate payment is made for the same engagement — duplicate amount refunded in full. • Genuine cases of service deficiency may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the founder's office.

4. GST on Refunds

Refunds are processed net of applicable GST already deposited to the government, in line with prevailing GST rules.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@badlaav.in with the subject "Refund Request — [Your Name / Order ID]". Include your payment screenshot, scheme name and reason. Our team will respond within 7 working days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 7–14 working days via Razorpay. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at info@badlaav.in is considered a breach of these terms and may result in suspension of service and legal recovery proceedings.
