• Identity & Contact: name, email, phone number, address, state, age, gender. • Business Information: existing business name, idea description, sector, funding requirement. • Documents: KYC, Aadhaar/PAN, education proof, project reports, photographs (only when voluntarily uploaded for scheme processing). • Payment Information: transaction ID and status received from Razorpay. We do NOT store your card, UPI or bank account credentials. • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited.
3. How We Use Your Information
• To map your eligibility and recommend government schemes. • To prepare DPRs, applications and bank submissions on your behalf. • To process payments and issue invoices. • To communicate updates, scheme news and service-related messages. • To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing of Information
We share information strictly on a need-to-know basis with: empanelled banks/lenders where you have asked us to file applications, government departments running the relevant scheme, our auditors and legal advisors, and payment gateway providers (Razorpay) for processing transactions. We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as it is required to deliver the engaged service and thereafter for the minimum period mandated by applicable Indian laws (typically 8 years for financial records).

We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encrypted storage, access control and SSL on every page. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; in the unlikely event of a breach we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@badlaav.in. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we may be unable to delete records required to be retained under law (e.g. paid invoices).
